About Sunrise KIDS

Hi there! My name is Magdalena Kasia Stanislawek (you can call me Kasia). I started Sunrise KIDS with the goal to create a nurturing environment where children feel safe and comfortable while having plenty of opportunities to play, explore, and enjoy time outdoors. Since 2011, I’ve had the joy of caring for little ones, getting to know their unique personalities, and watching them grow.

I welcome children ages 3 months to 5 years, with flexible full-time and part-time care options.

Our Philosophy

Explore, Create, Learn

At Sunrise KIDS, learning happens naturally throughout the day. Activities are always adapted to each child's age and developmental stage.

🌿 Explore

We love getting outside and discovering the world around us. Children enjoy outdoor play in every season. Here are just a few activities to expect:

- Plant a garden and raise and release butterflies in the Spring
- Water play in the Summer
- Leaf pile jumping and pumpkin patch visits in the Fall
- Sledding and play in the snow in the Winter

🎨 Create

Little hands are always busy creating! We enjoy:

- Arts and crafts, painting, drawing, and creating seasonal projects
- Baking and cooking projects
- Puzzles, building, games
- Pretend play (we have many costumes for dress up!)

📚 Learn

We introduce age-appropriate activities that help build early academic skills. As they grow, children will:

-  Engage in sensory play and story time
-  Learn letters, numbers, colors, shapes, and sounds
- Practice early writing, reading, addition, and subtraction
